At Crumble and Sprinkle, all of our cookies are freshly baked to order, which means we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders once your order has been confirmed.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and want every customer to be completely happy with their experience. If there is ever an issue with your order such as damaged goods, incorrect items, or anything that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Proof of issue (such as a photo) may be required to help us resolve the matter quickly.

• Delivery issues due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
